Sue’s Sprouted Granola

My friend, Sue, says, ”My little invention to get sprouts in my diet everyday.  🙂 Raw faux granola, substituting sprouts for oatmeal. I find this very satisfying…lots of textures, flavors, makes a nice large bowl!  Thanks for being you! ”

Recipe of the Day – Sue’s Raw Faux Granola


1 to 1 1/2 c. sprouts (chopped if long), like buckwheat, sunflower or flax sprouts
1 to 1 1/2 c.  diced fruit–1 or 2 types
1/4 c. raisins or dried cranberries
1-2 tsp lemon or lime juice
1 T. of agave, honey, molasses or splash stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
2 T. ground coconut
2-3 T. ground flax/chia seed mix or one or the other
1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut water or mixto
 Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I like walnuts!)
Directions; Mix all gently. Ready!
