Well, I sprained my ankle last week. Then, went to teach Tai Chi yesterday. I showed all these wonderful energy exercises, right? Then, after everyone built up their chi, at the very end, a couple asked if they could send their energy chi to my ankle. The whole group nodded excitedly, then sixteen people bent down, closed their eyes and sent prayers for my ankle. Seriously! And it feels amazingly better. Oh my gosh!
3 T. liquid Castile soap
2 c. warm water
2 tsp glycerine
2 T. white vinegar
10 drops lavender essential oil
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a jar, ( hopefully a dark bottle). Cover, and shake well to blend. Use about 1 tbsp for dishwashing.
