Coco Lemon Scones

I’ve been having some cool tarantulas in my house lately. They seem so friendly!

Recipe of the Day – Raw Buckwheat Scones

Ingredients:

2/3  c. Sprouted Buckwheat

2 mashed bananas

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 c. grated coconut

touch lemon juice, optional

3 drops lemon juice Stevia, or other sweetener

Directions: Soak buckwheat for one hour only. Wash and rinse 5x a day. Stir it around so it doesn’t get gelatinous. And let it drain. Mash with all the ingredients, or use the food processor.  Keep it crunchy, if you like. LIne your dehydrator sheets with parchment paper. Put triangle-shapes of the batter on the sheets. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for as long as you want. Up to 24 hours, depending on how crispy you want them. Check every couple hours. Put some  almond butter, cashew frosting or cherry chia jam on top! Word of the Day – tarántulas – tarantulas

Tip of the Day – Sprouted Buckwheat has 8 of the essential amino acids, including omega 3’s and 6’s, lowers the “bad” cholesterol and raises the good! Lowers your blood pressure. Super good for diabetics.
