To make your own mix of teas, you can choose and mix herbs. It’s just that some of them don’t do well together medicinally. So it’s best to google them. There are actually charts of which herbs go together, and which don’t. This one is a lovely mix from the garden: lemongrass, mint and fennel.
1 pot water
2 sprigs lemongrass to fit the pot
4-5 mint leaves
1 small sprig fennel
Directions: Being the water almost to a boil. Then turn off. Put your leaves in a kettle or tea pot and pour the water over. Let steep for 20 mi utes, covered.
