Recipe of the Day – Coco Caco Mora Pudding with Pomegranate
1 c. coconut cream
1/4 c. cacao powder
1/8 c. coconut water or water
2 drops stevia liquid
1T. chia seeds
small handful pomegranate seeds
Directions: Blend all but the chia seeds until creamy. Put the chia seeds in a bowl, and pour the blender mixture over. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Chill.

Tip of the Day – The pomegranate, like a lot of the fruit, does not turn dark red when it’s ready. here on the Equator. The oranges are not orange when they’re ready, they’re still somewhat green. Same as the papayas. It sure is helpful to have a local person tell you your fruit is ready to be picked!
