Chocolate Sprouted Canary Seed Milk

Yep, it’s canary seed. Apistel. To sprout and make a new vegan milk. It contains seven times more potassium than a banana and more calcium than a cup of skimmed milk. Eating a ½ cup of Canary Seed oil per day will give you 831mg of potassium, 236mg calcium, magnesium 431 mg, and 112 mcg of folic acid. Maybe that’s why the canaries are so strikingly beautiful here!

Apistel, canary seed milk– Sprouted Canary Seed Milk

Ingredients:

1 c. Canary seed

1 qt. water

1/4 c. Cacao powder

2 drops liquid chocolate Stevia or other sweetener

Directions:

You don’t have to sprout it first. But if you do, soak the seed in the water overnight. Drain with a fine sieve. Tilt the jar and let seeds sprout during the day. When they have little tails, blend with the other ingredients. Chill.
