1 c. mango
1 frozen banana
1 c. oat, almond, tea or coconut milk
1 pinch powdered stevia
1/4 c. chia seeds
2 T. cacao nibs or almonds
- Pour the chia seeds into your pudding glass.
- Blend the banana, milk and stevia in the blender and pour on top of the chia.
- Add the almonds or nibs.
- Enjoy with banana slices, coconut, sliced apples, pistachios, or raisins!

Tip of the Day – This is a great breakfast to have everyday. Nice substitute for oatmeal or your regular breakfast, as the chia seeds will keep you going with natural energy for hours!
