Chia Banana Mango Pudding

My daughter just wrote me this note – “Did you know you are featured here?

Whoa! I’m in and neither she nor I did it! What! Whoever put that in, I thank you immensely!

1 c. mango
1 frozen banana
1 c. oat, almond, tea or coconut milk
1 pinch powdered stevia
1/4 c. chia seeds
2  T. cacao nibs or almonds


  1. Pour the chia seeds into your pudding glass.
  2. Blend the banana, milk and stevia in the blender and pour on top of the chia.
  3. Add the almonds or nibs.
  4. Enjoy with banana slices, coconut, sliced apples, pistachios, or raisins!

Word of the Day – hotel – hotel

Tip of the Day – This is a great breakfast to have everyday. Nice substitute for oatmeal or your regular breakfast, as the chia seeds will keep you going with natural energy for hours!
