Protein Power Crunch Smoothie

Thought I’d share what’s happening in meditation right now. People keep asking me this question. this meditation question, “Can you meditate while  lying down?” It seems so silly, yet there is so much power presented in the straight spine, where Divine Love, ecstacy, can flow right through you. So can it happen lying down? I think so, because people need to meditate in hospital beds and such, right? Funny, huh? Because sitting up straight makes you a long, linear channel of open body, open chakras, to receive Divine happiness. It definitely happens faster and more powerfully for me sitting up with a straight spine. Yet the answer to the question is, “Of course you can. You must meditate everywhere, in every position in every moment, if possible. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to meditate all day long? To be in that open heart, open space, all day?”

Oat smoothie

Recipe of the Day –  Protein Power Crunch

Ingredients:

3/4 c. Almond milk

1/2 c. Chia granola (see recipe this blog)

1 banana

1 scoop your choice green powder

1 c. Ice cubes

Directions: Blend.

Word of the Day – proteina – protein
