Shampoo

Four mot-mots in my tree, what!!!  All these two years, I’ve been seeing one mot-mot, about once a month. And then this morning, I heard a big sound, like something dropped from a tree. I almost didn’t bother to turn around, but I did, and when I looked up, there was the mot-mot! I feel like he dropped something on purpose, to get my attention. Could that be? But not just one mot-mot, four!!! Wow! All green bodies, green, forked tails at the end, and all with blue, sparkling heads, hanging around a huge nest in the back garden. It’s interesting because the first mot-mot, last year, had a black tail, but these have green. I wonder if their tails change color as they age?

Speaking of changing color, I noticed when I was in the States and using a cheap commercial shampoo, it would wash the henna out of my hair immediately. It’s nice to get back to my home-made shampoos which do no stripping!
