My sister gave me a vegetable slicer! I’m gonna get some zucchini tomorrow. I was just starting the slicer to use it for potatoes when W the gardener showed up. We tried all the blades on my potatoes and now I’m having papas for dinner, so fun! With a little olive oil, garlic and paprika and salt. Wow!
Recipe of the Day — Broiled Papas
6 potatoes, scrubbed and sliced or shredded
1 T. olive oil or coconut oil
1 T. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Paprika
Directions: After scrubbing, the potatoes, slice thin into potato-chips, or shred for hashbrowns. Lay out on your broiler and sprinkle with each of the ingredients, in turn. Broil at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
