Parmezano – non-dairy

Three fantastic Birds. I stood outside the house and watched as three fantastic sets of birds appeared in the same tree. Jose, the maestro of construction, was pleased to write their names down for me. The startlingly yellow and black ones are called Celiroca. The pure white and black ones, pretty big, are called Chaca Chaca, and the smaller blue birds are called Torrasa!

Recipe of the Day – Parmezano

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 T. nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
 Directions: Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix/pulse to a fine-grained meal. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. Lasts for several weeks.
