My kids and I went to Jardin Escondido for lunch, and had great lunch of guacomole, veggies for me, salad, burritos, enchiladas for those two, and to top it off, they ordered the best Mojitos they ever had in their lives – $2 happy hour. They came home and re-created it, and they came out awesome! I do this recipe without the rum, and with stevia instead of sugar. Chill!.
