Pineapple Parsley Smoothie

I love having neighbors who are friends. And with we, who are out in the country, it’s especially helpful sometimes. My friend, C, lives at the top of this mountain, about seven minutes hike up. They don’t get cell reception, so we talk on facebook. Here’s our latest:

C-“Dorothy are you there? Do you have any parsley?? I need 1/4 of a bunch anyway that is what the recipe calls for….LOL.” C

D- -“No, I’m sorry, I just have some little newbies in the garden. If you send someone to town, get me some too!”

C-“LOL I will, I’ll see if anyone wants to run in. I’ll let you know.”

D – “Thx. I can always run up to the road and meet ’em.”
C- “I am driving myself into Cucanama only to see if there is some there…LOL I don’t dare drive into vilca…LOL Pass your house in a bit.”

D – “If you honk I’ll come running,  Thanks, C!”
I’ve gotta get some walkie-talkies. They’ve already got some, them and the 3 other houses. I’ve gotta join in in case of an emergency!

Tip of the Day – Parsley is a GREAT green to add to your smoothie! Mixing with pineapple is one of my favorites. I love it. It has alot of Vitamin C and A, and inhibits tumors! What!
