Chocolate-Covered Dried Apricots and Raw Mounds Bars

I stood there and really wished Jose would tell me someone who would fix the missing wheel on my suitcase. But he didn’t. He couldn’t. He wouldn’t. He lent me his. That he used 16 years ago when he came from Spain.

Recipe of the Day:  Chocolate Covered Dried Apricots and Raw Mounds Bars


3/4 c. coconut oil

3/4 c. shredded cacao butter

3/4 c. raw honey
1/4 c. raw cacao powder/carob
pinch of Himalayan crystal salt
pinch of vanilla powder, cayenne powder or 3 drops peppermint oil/extract

Directions: Melt all over a double boiler, stirring constantly until creamy. Drop apricots or coconut and stir until completely coated. Place on paper-lined plate or platter.
