Vanilla Sesame Smoothie

It’s May and the hillside turned all red and purple! These red and purple flowers, or blooming long weeds, have literally covered the hill in front of my house. It looks like they’re on fire! So beautiful I can’t stop looking up. I can’t wait to walk with the ladies tomorrow on our weekly Friday hike, with our dogs and kids, and see the beautiful flowers, perhaps the river.

Recipe of the Day: Vanilla Sesame Smoothie

1 c. sesame milk (see previous post to make it yourself!)

1 frozen banana

1 T. coconut oil

1 pinch vanilla powder

Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:

Blend well. If your bananas aren’t frozen, use a regular banana and a cup of icc cubes. Top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon!
