I just took a long walk with Tiko, my German Shepherd puppy. It was SO hot this morning, muggy! Yikes. I would’ve loved to have someone hand me a glass of water, throw me my shorts to change into, and then make me sit down for a bowl of Banana Ice Cream. Well, I had to do for it myself, but after eating the ice cream, over my Coconut Granola, topped with Nispero Jam, all is forgotten!
2 T. tahini
3/4 c. water
2 frozen bananas
2 soaked dat
Note – Instead of the tahini, try nut/seed milk of any kind, or 1 T. almond butter or cashew butter with the same amount of water.
Put in 3-4 little bowls. Top with blueberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, cinnamon, peppermint, chocolate sauce, etc…
1/3 c. liquid coconut oil
1/4 c. cacao/carob powder
1 T. lucuma powder
2 T. liquid sweetener of choice (honey, agave, maple syrup (not raw) etc…
Stir together the Chocolate Sauce Ingredients and pour over banana ice cream. You can also serve over my Coconut Granola (see tomorrow’s post) with Nispero Jam – que rico!
